Elevating the Teacher Within
EMS Masterclass Series

The Elevate Masterclass Series (EMS) offers a personalised, non-traditional approach to teacher development, where learning is shaped by your individual journey rather than a fixed course.

Across four interconnected masterclasses, you will explore teaching from the inside out, beginning with who you are, your thinking, and how it informs your practice in the classroom.

This foundation extends to preparing for the all-important interview, with a focus on confidently presenting your professional identity. You will also develop skills in building relationships, navigating conflict, and managing the everyday demands of teaching.

The programme then shifts to pedagogy, reimagining teaching in diverse classrooms. You will engage with practical strategies such as subject integration, station rotation, and small-group teaching, while strengthening your role as a facilitator and classroom leader.

You are introduced to our process-based curriculum (PBC), comprising of Numbers 60 (Mathematics) and LLS (Languages & Life Skills).

You will engage with the PRIME approach to Mathematics, while Languages and Life Skills are reimagined through our “Story THREAD” framework. LLS integrates socio-emotional learning, meaningful conversation, and real-world exploration. The journey culminates in FLOW, our approach to holistic lesson design.

You are then invited to complete the Choose Your Focus checklist to identify your key areas for development. This is followed by a free 30min Come-for-T session, where your needs are explored and a tailored programme is designed.

Sessions may be taken individually or as part of a recommended 6-week package (7 × 60-minute sessions), offering optimal value and meaningful outcomes.

Conversation Meets Collaboration
Head-to-Heart Support

Head-to-Heart Support offers a gentle space to pause, reflect, and speak openly about what is going on in your life and work.
It is a space where you do not have to have the “right words” or clear answers—just a willingness to show up as you are.

You are met with presence, not judgement, and with conversation that is grounded in care, curiosity, and understanding.

This is not therapy. It is a collaborative and supportive conversation.

Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that helps you make sense of what feels overwhelming, unclear, or emotionally heavy.

Sometimes this means untangling ideas that feel stuck.
Sometimes it means simply being heard. And sometimes it means finding language for what has been difficult to name.

Each session is shaped around you; your needs, your pace, and what feels most important in the moment.  There is no fixed agenda. Instead, we follow what is present for you, gently working towards clarity and self-understanding.

Over time, this process can support greater emotional awareness, self-trust, and a more grounded sense of direction, both personally and professionally.

Head-to-Heart helps you to reconnect with why you started this journey, your deeply personal calling to teaching, and the unique and invaluable toolbox you bring. It is a reminder that children, both locally and globally deserve to have a  teacher like you,  who will show up for them every single day.

Our Support can also be integrated with the EMS, as part of a 6-week journey.
This combined approach offers a balanced programme, that supports both professional growth and personal wellbeing.

The CLASS room
Specialised one-on-one teaching support for learners aged 6–18.

The CLASS room offers personalised, one-on-one teaching for learners who may benefit from additional academic guidance or a more individualised approach to learning.  Support is tailored to each learner’s unique strengths, needs, and pace of development.

Sessions are designed to create a calm, supportive environment where learners can build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and engage with learning in ways that feel accessible and encouraging.  Teaching approaches are adapted to support different learning profiles, helping each learner progress with greater understanding, independence, and self-belief.

I look forward to meeting you

"The role of a creative leader is not to have all the ideas; it’s to create a culture where everyone can have ideas and feel that they’re valued.”
