Step-by-Step: How EMS Works

We have designed EMS to be accessible, responsive, and practical. Here’s how the journey unfolds:

1. The Online Diagnostic Form - Your Pre-Journey Pack List

​

Before we begin, you’ll complete a short diagnostic form online. This gives us a snapshot of:

• Your current stage in the teaching journey

• Key strengths, challenges, and growth areas

• What you need support with — now, and in the near future

• Think of it as your professional compass — giving us direction for what’s needed most.

2. The Free 1-Hour Diagnostic Coaching Session - Let’s Unpack Together

This personalised one-on-one session helps us:

• Deepen our understanding of your context and goals

• Identify emotional blockers, mindset patterns, and “not-yet” skills

• Explore your purpose, your fears, and your desired teaching identity

• This session is collaborative, reflective, and practical — the foundation for your custom EMS journey.

3. Your Personalised Coaching Map  - Plotting the Route

Based on our insights from the Diagnostic Session, we will:

• Select the most aligned EMS Masterclass Programme

• Choose your first 3 Coaching Pathways within that programme

• Each pathway acts like a rest stop on your journey — focused, actionable modules that build confidence, skill, and clarity.

4. The First Leg of the Journey  - Your EMS Coaching Package

Your EMS journey officially begins with:

• 3 x 1-hour Masterclass Pathway Sessions

• 1 x Diagnostic Coaching Session (already completed)

• This 4-session package is designed to build momentum and insight — not as a quick fix, but as the start of a transformative process.

5. Continuing the Journey - Ongoing Navigation Support

After your initial EMS package:

• You may book individual 1-hour coaching sessions, based on your evolving goals

• Or, you can build a longer-term route, moving through more EMS Pathways as you grow

• The journey is flexible, but grounded in purpose — designed to empower, not overwhelm.
