Stepping into a real classroom can feel like merging onto a fast-moving highway without a GPS.  The theory is sound, the rules are familiar, but suddenly you are navigating  at least 35 unique learners, school protocols, parent meetings, and personal doubt — often with little real-world preparation.

At tfs, we recognise this challenge — the widening gap between knowing and doing, between academic theory and the dynamic reality of the modern classroom. That gap is where many new teachers feel unsteady — not because they lack ability, but because the bridge between theory and practice has not yet been built.
